Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • Due to the nature of marble and fragile items, photo/video evidence may be required.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.


Refund Processing:

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address.

Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after receiving the returned product.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos or videos.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
